Crunchy Fish Fillets with Asian Slaw

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Serves: 5


  • 1 box (19 oz.)  
  • 1/2 cup prepared Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup rice wine or white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 bag (14 oz.) shredded coleslaw mix
  • 3/4 cup Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salted cashew pieces


  1. Bake Crunchy Fish Fillets according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk teriyaki sauce, oil, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. In another large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, oranges and green onions. Add half the teriyaki mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Evenly divide coleslaw and Crunchy Fish Fillets on servings plates. Sprinkle with cashews. Serve with remaining teriyaki mixture.
