Classic Chopped Salad

Hands-On Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4

  • 1 package Romaine hearts, chopped (about 6 cups)
  • 2 cups Birds Eye® Mixed Vegetables, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
  • 1 small seedless cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta or blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy ranch-style dressing


  1. Bake Crunchy Fish Sticks according to package directions. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, in large serving bowl or platter, toss lettuce, vegetables, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes and cheese. Add prepared Fish Sticks and toss. Drizzle with dressing.
